Use the custodian that matches the Union County record:

- Criminal records and rap sheets: contact the Florida Department of Law Enforcement
- Arrest, booking, and jail records: contact the Union County Sheriff's Records Unit
- Official background checks: order through FDLE
- Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
- Expunction and record sealing: follow FDLE eligibility steps, then file with the court that heard the case
