Why We Built This Site
Florida provides broad public access, yet each custodian answers a different question. The Union County Sheriff's Records Unit maintains arrest reports and local booking information. The Clerk keeps filed charges and dispositions. FDLE operates the statewide criminal-history repository, while corrections and the Florida Sexual Offenders and Predators Search serve separate purposes. Bringing their verified contacts, fees, portals, and request methods together makes that division easier to follow.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no affiliation to a Florida court, sheriff, police department, or state agency. Its role has firm limits:
- We cannot run an official background check or pull a criminal record for anyone
- We cannot file expungement petitions, records requests, or any other paperwork on your behalf
- We cannot issue certified copies of any criminal record, court document, or rap sheet
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific charge or case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing sheriff, court, or FDLE can supply its official criminal record. This resource can identify the custodian, but cannot issue the document.
